System rescue
With the relationship with the original supplier irretrievably broken, Reeson Care Homes needed to find a new supplier who could quickly take over and gain a good understanding of what was a complex piece of software. Not only did we rescue them from their immediate predicament but we were able to resolve numerous bugs that had been left in the system and bring it up to date with the latest versions of the underlying frameworks. This involved a massive upgrade from Angular v10 to v17 and from .Net Core v3 to v8. We also introduced a much improved business analysis process, relieving the client from a lot of the burden of having to prepare system documentation themselves.
