We don’t hire in waves and let people go in waves. Our teams are stable because our engagements are long – and because we treat working here as a career, not a rotation.
We don’t currently have a big set of open vacancies to advertise. When we’re hiring, we hire carefully, usually for specific engagements: senior developers (particularly .NET / Angular / React), designers with a systems mindset, business analysts, architects and project managers.
