Discover, design, build, prove, run

Discover
We get to grips with your business, your goal and your users before writing any code. Where the path isn’t clear, a short discovery sprint gets everyone aligned.

Design
We prototype early. A finished app is hard to picture from a document, so we build something interactive you can react to, and refine it with your feedback.

Build
We develop in small, regular releases using DevOps practices, so you see continual progress and can steer as we go.

Prove
Code review, automated testing and continuous integration are built in, not bolted on. Nothing ships unchecked.

Run
When it’s live, we can keep looking after it – support, maintenance and ongoing improvement – for as long as you need.

Ownership
You own what we build
This matters, so we’ll say it plainly: the software we build for you is yours. The code, the repositories and the infrastructure belong to you, not us. If you ever want to bring the work in-house or move it elsewhere, we hand over cleanly. We’d rather earn your next project than trap you into it.
