Case study – Healthcare services (NHS)
A rapid embedded team for InHealth Intelligence
InHealth Intelligence, one of the UK’s foremost providers of services to the NHS, needed six developers at very short notice to work alongside their existing team. We delivered – then the relationship grew, as good embedded partnerships do.

The challenge
InHealth Intelligence were building a system to manage the UK’s children’s immunisation programme, and needed to scale their team fast: six developers – three front-end, three back-end – at very short notice, to work with their existing people on a demanding project.
What we did
We supplied the six developers they needed, quickly. Having met that brief, we went further as the relationship developed – adding a systems architect, a business analyst, and a project manager who went on to become InHealth’s CTO. Since then, we’ve supplied PHP developers to augment their team further.
The outcome
What started as an urgent request for six developers became a lasting, expanding relationship – the clearest proof of what our embedded teams do. We don’t just fill seats; we supply people good enough to be kept, relied on, and in one case promoted to lead the client’s technology.
