Case study – Retail / jewellery
From one rebuild to a consolidated multi-site e-commerce partnership
Jewellery Cave – an established London fine and pre-owned jewellery business – came to us at the end of 2023 with a site that had stopped bringing in business. We rebuilt it, and the relationship grew from there.

The challenge
Jewellery Cave’s Cash for Gold website had stopped performing – it was no longer bringing in new business. They needed it rebuilt, quickly. What began as one urgent rebuild turned into an ongoing relationship as they saw what a reliable web partner could do.
What we did
We rebuilt the Cash for Gold site first. Since then, Jewellery Cave have asked us to take over maintenance of their main Jewellery Cave store, and to migrate products from their separate wedding-rings and diamond-bracelets sites into that single store – simpler for them to manage, better for their customers. More recently we’ve built an eBay integration API to extend their reach, and designed completely new versions of all three of their main sites – including the Cash for Gold and Cash for Diamonds websites – now going into production.
The outcome
Jewellery Cave now run on a consolidated, well-maintained set of sites with new designs and marketplace integration, looked after by the team that built them. A struggling site became the start of an ongoing partnership.

Aspin Management Systems
Aspin’s suite of B2B sales applications had grown up over years, across different frameworks and styles, and become visually disjointed. Their in-house team had the development skills but not the design ones, so they came to us.

kennek
kennek is an end-to-end operating system for lenders and credit investors – built by credit experts and offered as SaaS. As they rolled out the platform, they urgently needed a clear user manual for their end users. We delivered it, on time and to spec.
